Sometimes when I exit the app briefly or teleport their will be weird colors on my screen or green lines crossing my face and I can hardly see.

Sometimes when I exit the app these colors appear on my screen. Sometimes they don't block my entire view, but it makes it hard to see, though I can still interact with objects normally. When I teleport, green crossing lines will form in front of my face, blocking my view partially. On top of that, sometimes when I exit the app it glitches out and the screen is stuck on the save screen, but when I touch it it will load me into one of my worlds.
