The fps not working

The fps not working in my world its so laggy and slow to explore the world the chunks 6 to max its so laggy. Please fix it mojang. Seed:-106439012 

Please this world has virus too. When I was playing the game freezes and turn black and take me to pause. And when I quit the world the saving game its saying done then it shakes the word"done". I think the game or the world has bugs.
