many entitys can't be spawned by the're own spawn eggs and mob spawner

Some entitys won't spawn even if you use a spawn egg example:(area_cloud_effect 383:95,falling_block 383:66,item 383:66) also even in the one that work can not be spawned useing a mob spawner (the're are exceptions like armor stands)
