So I own a full copy of mcpe but I'm running on data along with all my friends and we can't play together because the invite to game button doesn't pop up when I'm in a world all of my settings turned on for mobile data and multiplayer.

I'm running mcpe on a Samsung galaxy j3 eclipse 7.0 and the latest version of mcpe, when I am in a lan game it pops up with the invite to game hotspot I don't know why. Please help mojang...also on my dad's pc he runs Windows 10 edition and if he launches a game he can pause and there is the invite to game button.
