Buried treasure chests not appearing

Buried treasure chests don't appear in my world. Followed four maps so far and nothing.

I've copied my survival world save and used /locate in creative mode and found nothing.

It is a world first started on xbox360, then moved to xbox one and then to Bedrock edition.

The seed is :561244801, but I know seed generation is different now from when I created the world (I think it was 2013)
