Issue with geometry not loading

In the area of 8578, 71, -3336 there is a massive area that will not load geometry.  I found this on seed file 1465936942 while in creative mode and difficulty of peaceful. 

 

I tried searching for this issue and yielded no results, please feel free to point me to the correct ticket number if one already does exist.
