Has a blinking outline for each of block (more seeable when education edition enabled)

When you see the world some blocks has an outline on each of block, some blocks have white outline on each block, light gray concrete has blue outline etc. More seeable when education edition is enabled and more blocks have it.

 

What I expect:

When you load or create a world everything will looks normal.

 

What actually happen:

Almost all blocks has a blinking outline on every blocks some of line is dotted line, some line has a color

 

Step to reproduce:

1. Create or load any world.
2. Look at some blocks' edge (e.g block of quartz, concrete blocks)
