Arrows Hurt Your Player

Arrows can hurt your own player if you shoot them straight up.

What I expected to happen was...:
They don't normally hurt you.

What actually happened was...:
They hurt me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shoot an arrow straight up in Survival
2. Wait
3. Ouch!
