Trident when thrown to tnt makes weird sound and visual bug

Expected results:

When tnt is activated, the trident fall down.

Observed results:

When tnt is activated, the trident makes weird sound and it faces to up. When exploded, the trident is no longer* thrown as well.

Reproduce:

1. Place a tnt block
2. Throw a trident to the tnt block
3. Light the tnt
