All store content updates stuck on "importing"

Found on Nokia 6 2017 model TA-1033

 

Recently all the texture packs were updated to the 1.4/5 update, yet all 3 packs that I own (candy, Halloween and festive) are all stuck on the importing stage. Reinstalling the game made no difference except stops all downloads

 

This issue does not occur on Windows 10 and I have not tested Xbox One yet
