Opps! You were disconnected from xbox live, please reopen your world to invite players.

When I start a new world and go to invite players it says i am disconnected. I still have internet and can join other players worlds. If I continually click on my profile picture the 100th time it will reconnect me and allow me to invite other players, but that only works about 1/2 the time.

I'm playing on a hp laptop with Windows 10 edition. I have full permissions set on Microsoft no online restrictions. This also happens on my smartphone, but nowhere nears as often.
