Water from solid block/ no source blocks...

I am playing on the Play Together version of of Minecraft on Xbox One. I have searched through the bugs and could not locate a similar bug. 

 

Before the latest update I have been able to fill in Sea Temples with sand to remove the water to no longer need potions. After new update, I can fill in an entire area and begin to remove sand and water will come from a solid block. No water anywhere else around. This also happens in lakes if I try to fill them completely in, and then dig them out. 

If this is a duplicate I am truly sorry, I spent over an hour looking for anything similar to this.
