something is wrong with the block ‘light gray glazed terracotta ‘

I found that the terracotta rotated after I updated minecraft app
from v1.3 to v1.4.0, I designed the pattern as above(ancient Chinese style,just like the ceiling pattern in the Forbidden City)but when the app is updated, it is now looked like this:
