Coral blocks and coral fans don't drop

Coral fans and coral blocks can not be mined instantly (takes about as long as obsidian) and don't drop themselves unless using a diamond pickaxe with Silk Touch. When trying to mine with any other tool other than pickaxe, they can not be destroyed at all. Corals are ok.
