Bubble Collumns make my controls disappear.

I have a survival world in my mcpe that is about 34.5mb. When I go inside a ravine with bubble collumns it bugs a lot my game.  It makes all of my controls dissapear and even the pause button dissapears. Even if I put one magma block and it creates bubbles this happens.  It also gets very laggy. Also, I decided to create a new world to see if the bug also happened there. And it didn't. Please help me.  My tablet is samsung tablet 4.4.4.
