1.4 Freeze/Crash on iPad Pro after 4 seconds of launching, only when connected to wifi, and only iPad Pro. Older iPad Air 2 updated to 1.4 and is working fine.

Updated to 1.4 (I know I indicated 1.4.0.5, but according to my home screen, I'm running 1.4.0 on both ipads, says its fully updated, no updates/hotfixes in App Store). When I try to launch on the iPad Pro while connected to wifi, it freezes within 4-5 seconds. I turned wifi off, seems to work fine. Also, iPad Air 2 is also running ios 11.3.1, and 1.4 seems to be working a ok, wifi or no wifi. I am attempting to attach latest crash report, hope I'm doing it right. I have many others if you need them.
