Dogs and cats won't stand up in new PE update aquatic

I updated my minecarft PE to the new update aquatic and for some reason, my dogs and cats are all sitting . And they won't stand up. The little box of text at the bottom of the screen won't show up and thus I cannot get my dogs or cats to stand up or move. I can ride horses and llamas, just can't stand up cats and dogs.
