Inventory in Norse texture pack bugged

The inventory while using the Norse Mythology texture pack is broken. I cannot select any items, let alone move them into a different order. I can gather items, but they are unusable once in the inventory. This issue is in both creative mode and survival.

Edit: This issue has persisted since at least the previous update if not before.
