Piston crashes my game

I was trying to make a Wither grinder by making a cobblestone generator and using to pistons to push the cobblestone. However, every time the machine started working my game crashed. After a few attempts, my game autosaved with the contraption on and working, and because of this now that world crashes my game every time I open it.
