Wither boss does spawn animation again when you get away from him and back to the location where he is

Steps to Reproduce

• Spawn the wither boss in some world
• After you spawn the wither and he does the spawn animation and you goes away from him until he disappears
• When you do this and return to the place where he is soon he will do the spawn animation again
