Redstone Torch Incident

The model of my phone is Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime.

I was going to build a sliding door made in redstone but when I'm placing the redstone torch, my game crashes. I come back to my world and thankfully nothing changed. I did the same thing then my game crashed again.
