Not updating when there is repeating command block place near it.

It seems everything near in repeating command block doesn't update, if there is repeating command block place in your world near on it doesn't update when you place a block you can't see your block that you've place but it's actually place it's only didn't update, it's make a block you place are invisible but if you destroy a block that block will destroy but will not update so a block you destroy you still see there but that's now actually air. See screenshot below the blocks are invisible but you can see because it's highlighten.
