Purchases are not restored

I'm aware that you know about this bug and you tried to fix it by saying the legacy skin pack will restore my purchases, but when I got the legacy skin pack, my bought worlds and skin packs never restored. Also, I tried the Restore Purchases button, but nothing restored even though it said it restored my purchases. My minecoins are also gone too, so I can't buy my worlds or skin packs back. Currently, City Life, Star Wars Sequel Skin Pack, and Ultimate Minigame Rush are locked. Thank you for looking into this.
