You cannot use buckets for lava and water

What I expected to happen was...:
Water/lava would come into the bucket

What actually happened was...:
Nothing it went forward like it would to get milk but it didn't pick up anything

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a bucket
2. Go to water or lava
3. Try to pick it up
