Protection Enchantment does not Work

Armor that is enchanted with Protection does not reduce any Damage from attacks.

I have tested Damage Comparing against wearing all Armor Types at Normal Quality, compared to wearing them at Protections Highest Enchantment Value in-game and the Damage inflicted is the Exact Same as armor with no enchantments
