Block update is not being applied (too slow to be seen)

What is happening
-Block(s) that has been replaced, changed, deleted wont be shown/visible unless unchunked and have been chunked again.

Example
*If the door is opened / closed, it is not seen changed
*Blocks that have been deleted, placed, or updated wont be seen as they have changed, they are seen from the time they have been chunked.
*Fire blocks wont be gone, even when raining, or they were removed.
*Redstone lamp wont be updated with on/off state, too slow to change, around 5 seconds
