Summary: When I generate new areas in a older superflat world, the new chunks do not generate correctly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MCPE32892Test.mcworld
2. Fly around to new chunks

Observed Results:
Newly generated chunks generate as "title.info_update.name" blocks

Expected Results:
Newly generated generated chunks should generate as the normal grass, dirt and bedrock layers

In my superflat world on my Samsung phone, a large area of land Is made up of blocks with textures a cross between dirt and grass. The item name is "title.info_update.name".
