1 World Crashes on loadup

On Minecraft PE, I have an extensive world that I have been working ages on that crashes on the start up. This has been an issue ever since around August of 2017 when an update came out. I have waited for this issue to be resolved however it persists. The world is 253.6 MB, and would crash every time I entered an area with a lot of red stone. One day I went into that area, and immediately my screen crashes to the home(iOS home screen with all the apps). Every time since then I try to load my world it crashes. The bar shows that it is loading, then all the sudden the music stops and the app crashes. I believe this issue is because of the area I am in on my world which has a lot of red stone working. Yes, I have taken out the skins and decreased the block range, but it still crashes. I would be so exuberant if someone could fix this. I have worked probably over 2000 hrs into this world. Even if there was a way to alter the coordinates in the edit spot that would be great so I could at least get on the world. I cannot even see the world when I try to load it. Please help!
