Purchased Worlds are lost

I don't know who to contact or where.
I keep buying coins and purchasing Minecraft worlds for my 7 year old daughter on her iPad. Soon after the worlds disappear and I am told I need to buy more coins to purchase the world. Who do I contact about this? Can you please help direct me? I have send a fortune on Minecraft and do not mind, but it is not right that these purchases are lost.
