Not Signed into Xbox Live when launching game/Resets resource pack

Whenever I launch Minecraft on Windows 10, it does not sign me into Xbox Live automatically. I have to click SIGN IN every time. Also since it doesn't auto-log me in, it resets my texture pack to the default one and I have to go into settings and change it back every time I launch the game.
