THE VAMPIRE KINGDOM WORLD TEMPLATE XBOX ONE

My account name is COOLICEMANiii and I'm hoping you can help me, I have purchased the VAMPIRE KING WORLD TEMPLATE on Minecraft and since the last patch/update. The VAMPIRE KING WORLD TEMPLATE will download BUT NOT INSTALL on the install part it starts to install but on the install bar it only installs for 2 segments then STOP, on closing minecraft and restarting it it has not installed. Please can you help me with these issues being on disability and a low income purchasing things for use on Minecraft has to be saved up for a little bit at a time. So Please can you help me I would be very grateful. Thank You
