Drowned Drop Trident Even Without Holding It

Looking through all the bugs I've posted, I’m shocked this is still open since it’s an intended feature but whatever, I’ll update it now since it is still open!

Drowned’s that aren’t holding tridents can drop tridents. It should be similar to any other mob and their assigned weapon or armour where it only drops if they are holding/wearing it. For example, a Zombie wont drop a sword unless it is holding a sword.
