Sneak and jump bugs

In survival you can't go up if sneak and jump to the water. You can't go up, just move left, right. If you want go up you must use stairs or slabs, you can't use all button because it not working, but you can click inventory button in survival and go up. But not in the creative. In creative you can fly. Please fix it
