Monster Spawners can be obtained in Survival Mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get TNT or a creeper.
2. Make the TNT or creeper explode next to a monster spawner.
3. The spawner will drop as an item.

Note: This has been tested on PC but oddly doesn't work on iOS.
