Can't swin if I "duck"

(I used a Samsung Galaxy Note 3) if I duck in the water I can't to up or cancel duck, I can't swim (i can walk but at slow), if I try to up at the arrows it's not working, and if I at auto-jump in the water (It should up in the water) this no up me.
