Dolphins can't jump over full blocks

What I expected:

• A dolphin jumping over 1 full block
  Result:
• Dolphins can't jump over 1 full block like they do in Java Edition
  Yes, dolphins can jump over iron bars and glass panels, but that's not really a 1 full block
