My chat in Minecraft servers is not showing up.

Hello! I have a problem with my chat in Minecraft, Windows 10. People seem to not notice my chat at all when I join a Minecraft server but I see theirs as well as mine. I told some of my peers about this problem and most of them said that I got Microsoft muted. I already talked to an administrator about this problem and he said that Microsoft can't do anything about it because of the little information about the game itself.
