Piston Monostable Circuits Unreliable

Piston monostable circuits no longer work 100% of the time. Sometimes, they don't even give off a redstone signal. This bug had occured before, and it was due to piston delay being decreased. If this is working as intended, please change it back. This problem breaks so many redstone circuits.
