My PC crashed when I was going into my world a it got deleted!

Dear Mojang,
As I was loading my world my PC crashed and my world that I spent hours on got deleted!
This is really frustrating and if there is any way to get one of my old saves of the world back please help, Thank you. -Dominic C.
