farming glitch

trying to farm wheat, but it wouldnt drop. when it did, it was like it was falling a great distant. then it kept bouncing on the ground. when it stopped i couldnt pick up all the wheat and seeds. it happened in my spawner too. zombie kept glitching and i couldnt kill them.
