Chat Issues

Sometimes when I type a message, the message won't send and the chat will close out. This is very annoying to me. I can only type when I join the game and sometimes when I get injured or die. So I have to die or get injured if I want to talk. When I can type, I can type as much as I want, but I have to stay on the chat screen. When I close out of the chat, I can't type any more. It's very annoying when I want to talk to my friend, but I can't. I hope you can get this situation fixed. Thank you.
