I get bucked off of my tamed horses and boats.

I get bucked off of my horse when riding it around the world, I thought this was something new, maybe my horse is tired and I need to feed it, but it kept happening, later on I was in a boat making maps and I kept getting kicked out of the boat like the game did on a horse.
