whenever i try to get a costom skin on IOS device the costom skin turn out to be a black skin or saying its not a skin.

So when ecer i try to uplload a costom skin from my photos on my phone i select the skin i want and then once i select it and i show weather i want it to have small or big arms it wids up being a black colored skin EVERY TIME! SO ANNOYING please fix this but it has started happening since november 23 when they released an update and it messed up some things.
