Players get kicked when I log into my Realm

I pay for a Realm using my Xbox account. Three times now, when I have logged into the Realm via my PC, other players currently in the Realm get kicked and receive a "You were kicked" type of message. So far, this has happened to players playing on Xbox consoles, but I have yet to emulate the issue when other PC players are on (I'm not sure if the same thing would happen or not).
