Water texture glitched (education edition enabled)

Summary:
Flowing water shows a glitched texture when the education edition setting is enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

• Start a new world (flat creative, Windows 10 was used to to verify the issue)
• Enable Education edition in the world settings
• Empty a bucket of water and observe the flowing water texture

Hello there is a problem with the texture of the water, it has no animation, and when it is running it looks fatal it tires my eyes, with this I do not explain much so look at the photos.

Hola hay un problema con la textura del agua, no tiene animacion, y cuando esta corriendo se ve fatal me cansa los ojos, con esto no explico mucho asi que mirad las fotos.
