Graphical Render Glitch 1.2.13.54, 1.2.20.10

Hi im playing Minecraft in a Dell Inspiron One and i found a strange glitch that only seems to be afecting this PC cause in my Phone and Laptop are not doing so. so yeah i know something kinda similar pass with previous Beta build and Non Beta Builds but this is only afecting my Visual Gameplay in this one PC hope you guys can fix it soon and like always keep up the good work guys.
