CANNOT SEE UNDER SWAMP WATER WITH NIGHT VISION POTION

When you drink a Night Vision potion, it doesn't help to see through the water anymore when you're in swamp water. It used to make the water just as clear as a regular ocean, and now there's no discernible difference, whether you're above or under the water.
