Some blocks or items such as eggs do not display properly

For some reason on my Samsung Galaxy S7, when I hold certain blocks such as a dirt block, it becomes heavily distorted and changes to the color black. In fact, it is so bad it even clips through the inventory when I'm using it.
And another thing is that when i hold a spawner egg, your hand completely disapears and so does your hand. Ive even see this happen with swords.
