Ladders disappear when water is placed

Ladders disappear when water is placed

What I expected to happen was the water would either not be placed, or it would pour over the ladders.

*What actually happened was the ladder disappeared.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build an enclosure with ladders in it, 1x1x any height.
2. Place water.
3. Ladder will disappear.
