there is no black out lines for blocks

well when I went to play there was no outline for blocks you know where there was a plus sign and a black out line of the blocks so you knew what one you were looking at but it does not have that any more I don't know if some one else has had an issue oh and I live in Canada in Kingston and my clock says it is 3:33 am I do not know if it was intended or not but I tried to get them back the black block out line and the plus sign but to no avail
